Our services and products presented in the bluemoonbakery.com.au web site are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as in effect at the time of your visit. Please read them carefully.

Conditions & Minimum Order
Due to our always freshly baked sourdough breads and rolls which need enough time to proof, your orders need to be placed minimum 32 hours before desired delivery or pick up date. Please observe our minimum order value of $25.

Delivering Methods and Costs
BMB is committed to freshness. We deliver your orders on the day you requested until 3.00pm. We only deliver to certain areas on specific days. For details please refer to our detailed calendar while placing your order. Delivery fees are based on the subtotal of your order. Between $25 and $50 the delivery fee is $6.50. Between $50 and $70 the delivery fee is $5.50. Between $70 and $90 the delivery fee is $3.50 and from $90 your order will be delivered FREE of charge.
You can always chose to pick up your order at our Shop in Newport during business ours at no extra charge of course.

Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately we can not accept cancellations of orders after 48 hours prior to delivery or pick up. Any cancellations should be done by phone during business hours providing your order number, name and contact details.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Every purchase you make at bluemoonbakery.com.au is absolutely safe. bluemoonbakery.com.au uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard for secure commerce transactions to transmit your credit card information over the Internet. This means your credit card number is scrambled during the transaction process, so that the information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
